Join us on Saturday 20th July for an afternoon of floral mindfulness. Recharge and rejuvenate your mind and body at our serene floral-filled Sheung Wan studio with yoga and mediation sessions.

Tickets include yoga and mediation sessions, drinks and Floristry at M&L flowers to take home. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and cushions will be provided.

2.30pm - 3.15pm Gentle Flow by Kita yoga

3.15 - 3.30pm Refreshment Break

3.30 - 4.15pm Floral Sound Bath Meditation by Mins Yoga
